About Us
Hi, I’m Anna Palin-swift
I am an experienced Integrative Psychotherapist working in private practice, offering both face-to-face and online sessions.
I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. My aim is to offer a safe, calm and confidential space where you can begin to talk openly about what is going on for you, at your own pace.
My approach is integrative, drawing predominantly from Psychodynamic and Systemic theories, alongside additional training across a range of areas. This allows me to work flexibly and tailor therapy to your individual needs. Whether you are coming as an individual or as a couple, I will work alongside you to explore your experiences, gain understanding, and support you in moving towards meaningful and lasting change.
I have over 14 years of experience supporting individuals and couples, particularly in the area of relationships. This includes working with communication difficulties, conflict, the impact of affairs, and wider family dynamics. I also support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem and challenges within relationships and social connections.
I specialise in working with sex and porn addiction, supporting both individuals and partners, as well as couples navigating recovery together. I understand that this can be a particularly sensitive and complex area, and I offer a non-judgemental and supportive space to work through these difficulties.
Over the years, I have supported thousands of individuals and couples through challenging and often painful experiences. I recognise that every person’s story is unique, and I aim to provide thoughtful, compassionate support that feels right for you.
I am also part of a neurodiverse family, including being a parent of a neurodiverse child. This has shaped both my personal and professional understanding, and I am passionate about supporting neurodiverse individuals, as well as parents and families navigating diagnosis and ongoing support. I have extensive experience working with individuals who are both diagnosed and in the process of diagnosis.
